    I’ve been doing the whole weight loss/healthy living ordeal for about a year now. One of the things that has motivated me the most is when a friend asks me for advice. It makes me so happy because they trust me enough to have me guide them through their weight loss journey.

    After losing 40 lbs, I kind of took a break but I’m now back on track. I needed a new motivation tool. I saw an idea on pinterest and I did it. I have two glass jars with pebbles in them. One is labeled “pounds lost” and the other “pounds to go.” I LOVE it! They’re in my room and it’s a constant reminder as to how I need to keep up the good work.

    Lastly, I think one of the biggest reasons for my success is having an incredible circle of support. I’m blessed with having a group of friends and family that have supported me through this journey. When I have the days where “I fall off the wagon,” I have those awesome people telling me it’s okay and how much they’re proud of me and how they know I can continue losing weight.

      The jar idea is a great visual aide to keep reminding you how far you have come and how far you still have to go!
